Isn’t it amazing!
Well, I apologize for this expression because it is trite and obviously I am exaggerating. But, wow…. You CAN see for yourselves that these pups (compared to just a week ago) are ginormous. The difference is like night and day.
They are growing and appear huge in contrast to the previous week’s photos – don’t you agree?
My experience has been that for every 5 to 7 day period I am “shocked” when I recognize that they are so much different from the previous 7 day period.
But also, they are developing in behavior and mental awareness. Their personalities blossom. Their physical traits erupt. And their posture, structure, and strength have changed.
Altogether – they are completely different and excitingly new every 7 days!
It’s hard to believe that, when they were born just three-and-a-half weeks ago, they were one and a quarter pounds and now they’re pushing 8 lb!
Where did the time go? Where did all those pounds and calories come from? Mother has been busy feeding and caring and nursing them of course.
What’s next you may ask?
Well, mobility, gaining strength and coordination for sure. Their vocabulary will improve and their personalities will blossom.
Solid food is just around the corner and the adventure of life will continue…
